more business cards..

From all of them I like the last one. It's quite simple and clear. Maybe I need to work more with colours...

  1. Robert,
If you like the last one, then start putting in your blog the colour options. Before that, have a look in any book that talks about psychology of colour. The human response to colour is a powerful tool of communication. Be sure of using it in your advantage! Kandinsky is one of the best authors related to the use of colour (in art, but still useful) and Mahnke is also quite useful and more contemporary than Kandinsky (still he was a teacher in the Bauhaus and father of Abstraction... I think his book worth it to have a look!). Once you have done that (I would really appreciate if you put some notes of your research in your blog), then apply colour to your business card.
Another observation: I think the second option is also worth it to work with. I think the images are closely related 3D modelling. Try as well applying different colours and see how that works.

  2. Hi Robert,

Any new ideas of how could you apply a palette of colours to your business card design? Another important point is your CV. Haven't seen anything related to that and it was one of your first tasks. I really need to see it this week to check information and design. Don't leave it for the end, the amount of work will increase and this part of the course is as important as the exhibition. Hope you find my previous suggestions useful and you're having a look at books and the web to get some ideas for your colour palette!!! See you in class.
